Products listed in the RCD Corporation Online Store are usually “In Stock” and ready for immediate shipment. Any item temporarily out-of-stock is usually available for shipment within just a few days. All orders will be shipped complete.
Generally, the item(s) you purchase will be shipped UPS Ground, with the applicable charges applied to your order. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. Aerosol sprays can not be shipped via air services; only via ground transport.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow the steps outlined under Returns.
Returns:
All orders are final. Please check and confirm your order prior to placing. No returns are accepted except for the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment of ordered items. In the event of returns allowed for damaged, defective or incorrect shipment, no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Following evaluation, RCD Corp. will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You will be refunded shipping charges on those approved returns for items that you received defective or damaged or a result of our shipping error.
