RCD Corporation® #7 Mastic® is a low VOC (less than 10 grams/liter!) air duct sealant used for permanently sealing the fabricated joints and seams of sheet metal air ducts, rigid fiberglass air ducts, flexible air ducts and thermal insulation. RCD Corporation® #7 Mastic® is a premium grade mastic and is used  for repairing damaged and leaking air ducts and sealing conditioned spaces from air infiltration. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star® program recommends insulating and sealing air ducts.  Sealing and insulating air ducts along with  home sealing and crawl space sealing will improve indoor air quality, reduce excess humidity and significantly reduce energy costs.
